Canadian Shipping Policy
Orders under 75$ = 8.50$ shipping charges (except Zones 10 &11, see below for info)
Orders over 75$ = 10.50$ shipping charges (except for skates, skis, boots and bindings)(except Zones 10 &11, see below for info)
Orders including skates, skis, boots and/or bindings = 7.50$ per item of this category.
C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders are possible but must be made by phone.

All orders are shipped via CANPAR, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once the pick up has been made. Pick ups are every wednesday and fridays!
If you live outside of Quebec, you only pay 7% sales tax. However, we are required to collect 7% + 7.5% sales tax on all orders placed or shipped within Quebec.
Due to really high shipping costs in certain regions of Canada, we have to increase the cost of shipping to these regions.
This is based upon CANPAR's zone rates.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return all or part of your order for exchange, you must do so within 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be unused and in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed. Videos and accessories must be unopened. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request. Please call our customer service representative as soon as possible. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, FedEx or insured Canada Post. We do not accept C.O.D's. No skates, skis or binding is completely guaranteed. Once the item has been used it can not be returned or refunded. The only exception would be a manufacturing defect.
Ski warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact damage caused by rails, boxes, rocks, stumps or any other contact with a surface other than snow.
RETURN,EXCHANGE and Price Match PROCEDURE
Please use the following procedure for any return or exchange:
Call us for return and warranty advice.
Place the packing slip which came with your shipment in the package you are returning with an explanation for the return on the reverse side.
We do not accept returns of used or customer-damaged merchandise.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the order.
Any items returned in new condition with proof of purchase will be exchanged at full price less any shipping and handling charge.
We will not accept COD's.
We cannot accept a return for any customized merchandise.
We cannot accept returns for videos which have been opened.
(We cannot price match after purchase has been made!)
